It puts baby in control of their milk delivery: as their suck grows stronger, they extract more milk, just like natural breastfeeding. Milk does not flow unless they are doing the work! - Before each use, and before using for the first time, wash the nipple & bottle parts one by one thoroughly and then sterilize. Clean bottle by hand with soap & warm water or top rack in the dishwasher. Clean nipples by hand with soap & warm water. Do not use disinfectants that contain alcohol. Sterilize bottle & nipple before first use. To sterilize, completely submerge in boiling water for 5 minutes or use sterilizer. Let all parts cool before using. Release any water that may have been trapped inside the nipple. Sterilizer and bottle warmer safe.Bottle and nipple top rack dishwasher safe, not exceeding 140°F. Sterilizer and bottle warmer safe.
